Should I worry about my daughters toenail falling off?

I have a 7 year old daughter who recently had a blister on her big toe near the nail bed. That popped and went away (put a plaster on it and antibiotic ointment) and looked like everything was fine. Now however it looks like the toenail is coming away from the toe and it's reddish (not infected looking but bruised looking) near the nail bed. She claims it dosn't hurt %26amp; she still has feeling on that toe. So should I be worried? Is going to a Dr necessary? and/or what can I do to help her out?

I've been trying for 2 days now to get her into a Dr but wait times here are ridiculous, all walk in clinics need a phone call daily to make an appointment (and today their main line was down), add to this I work a job where I really can't be missing for long hrs (preventing me from taking her to the hospital directly where non-emerg's have an average wait time of 8 hrs)...yeah so this is why I'm looking here for the info. Help is greatly appreciated. I've been on-hold for almost 2hrs right now with the medicine hot line nurse trying to get answers.Should I worry about my daughters toenail falling off?
If it's looking bruised under her nail, chances are it WILL come off. But don't worry! It'll come back! Happened to me. I jammed my big toe nail slid and jammed under the door. Later that week it turned blue and fell off. Came back eventually. Now it looks as good as new.

She'll be fine. Don't worry! :)Should I worry about my daughters toenail falling off?
She most likely hit it off of something and doesn't even remember it. I wouldn't worry about it, even if it does fall off completely. As long as she has normal feeling and range of motion, she'll be fine.
it will eventually grow back. have her avoid any physical exercise. i chipped my toenails several times in middle school. theres a sensitive tissue under there so hopefully u can find a way to the doctors before its completely off. once its off, she will be in pain wen ever something touches that tissue. i suggest getting her on crouches once it starts hurting. or nearly about to come off. just walking will probably be able to get the toenail to come off by bending the toe. but if it doesnt hurt, it might be several weeks or maybe a month before u need to do that. have her drink milk, occasionally. the toenail is like a bone, it needs calcium to be healthy. im not 100% positive but calcium may help, but im 100% sure that theres nothing bad about having her drink milk
